Make this hamburger barbacoa in your Moment Pot or Moderate Cooker. It's somewhat smoky with some flavor and citrus, and it makes heaps of remains!

Fixings 

3 lbs meat toss cook, cut into 2 inch 3D shapes (can likewise utilize hamburger brisket)

Guidelines 

Cut hamburger into solid shapes and put aside. Prep onion and garlic as noted. 

Join squeezed orange, lime juice, vinegar, tomato glue, cumin, chipotle powder, oregano, salt and ground cloves in a bowl or container and blend well. 

Press the sauté catch on the moment pot and include ghee. When hot, include the hamburger and darker it on all sides. Press drop on the moment pot once the hamburger is carmelized. 

Include the diced onion and garlic cloves and pour the juice/flavoring blend all over everything.
