Tasty and healthy food that you definitely like
#Cooked #Cauliflower #and #Chickpea #Soup 

Fixings 

For the Soup 

1 cauliflower head, cut into florets (around 4 mugs aggregate) 

1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, flushed and depleted 

5 garlic cloves, stripped 

4 tablespoons additional virgin olive oil, isolated 

1 tsp. ground cumin 

1/2 tsp. salt 

1/8 tsp. paprika 

2 medium Yukon gold potatoes, stripped and cubed (around 2 1/2 glasses aggregate) 

1/4 tsp. dark pepper 

4 containers vegetable juices 

1 container water 

1/2 container substantial cream 

For Trimming 

Saved simmered cauliflower blend 

Red pepper chips 

New thyme leaves 

Overwhelming cream 

Directions 

Pre-heat your stove to 400 degrees. On an expansive rimmed heating sheet, hurl the cauliflower florets, chickpeas and garlic cloves (simply abandon them entire) with 3 tablespoons of the olive oil and the cumin, salt and paprika. Cook in your pre-warmed stove for 30 minutes, mixing once part of the way through. Expel from your broiler and put aside. Save around 1/2 container for the embellishment.
