2 pounds chicken wings 

2 tablespoons mayo 

2 tablespoon dijon mustard 

1 tablespoon nectar, discard for Whole30 

1 tablespoon olive oil 

4-5 tablespoons Everything except for the Bagel Flavoring 

Or then again: 

2 tablespoons dried minced garlic 

1 tablespoon dark sesame seeds 

1 tablespoon white sesame seeds 

1 tablespoon dried minced onion 

1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds 

1/2 teaspoon salt 

1/4 teaspoon pepper 

Guidelines 

Preheat broiler to 400 degrees F. 

Spot a broiler safe heating/cooling rack over a preparing sheet to enable fat to dribble off amid preparing 

Blend mayo, mustard, oil and nectar (if including) into a little bowl
