Fixings
2 1⁄2 lb. boneless, skinless cod filets, cut into 2″ pieces
1 tbsp. mustard seeds, daintily pulverized
4 tbsp. unsalted spread
2 shallots, finely hacked
3 1⁄2 containers new or solidified, defrosted peas
Legitimate salt and newly ground dark pepper, to taste
2⁄3 container cream
2 tbsp. olive oil
Generally hacked dill, to embellish
Guidelines
Sprinkle cod uniformly with mustard seeds and let marinate in the icebox for 2 hours. Then, heat margarine in a 10″ skillet over medium warmth. Include shallots; cook until delicate, around 5 minutes. Include peas, 1 glass water, and salt and pepper, and spread mostly with top; cook until sauce is decreased, around 10 minutes. Partition pea puree among 6 serving plates and best with cod; spoon over sauce and embellishment with dill.
