Salami, Jalapeño and Olive Pizza with Nectar

Serves 4 

Everything Bagel Flavoring 

2 tsp poppy seeds 

2 tsp onion drops 

2 tsp garlic drops 

2 tsp sesame seeds 

1/2 tsp coarse salt 




Fixings 

1 lb store-purchased or natively constructed pizza batter 

1 14 oz container of locally acquired pizza sauce 

10-12 oz mozzarella cheddar, destroyed 

15-20 slices of good quality salami 

1/4 of a red onion cut slim 

1 small jalapeño seeded, daintily cut 

1/2 cup castelvetrano olives, pre-set (from olive bar) 

olive oil, for brushing edges and pizza dish 

Everything Bagel Flavoring 

1/4 cup honey 

red pepper chips

Warmth stove to 500° F.
