(Nearly) Great Chickpea Veggie lover Meatloaf 

This generous veggie lover meatloaf is produced using a base of prepared chickpeas, heated up to flawlessness and finished with a tasty maple coat. It's not exactly an exemplary meatloaf. It's better.

Fixings 

For the Chickpea Meatloaf 

2-14 oz. jars or 3 1/3 containers cooked chickpeas, depleted and flushed 

1 onion, diced 

2 celery stalks, hacked 

2 carrots, diced 

2 garlic cloves, minced 

2 containers panko breadcrumbs 

1/2 container unflavored soy or almond milk 

3 tbsp. veggie lover Worcestershire sauce 

2 tbsp. soy sauce or tamari 

2 tbsp. olive oil 

2 tbsp. ground flax seeds 

2 tbsp. tomato glue 

1 tsp. fluid smoke 

1/4 tsp. dark pepper 

For the Maple Coating 

1/4 container tomato glue 

2 tbsp. maple syrup 

2 tbsp. apple juice vinegar 

1 tbsp. soy sauce or tamari 

1 tsp. paprika 

Directions 

Preheat stove to 375°. Delicately oil a 9 inch portion dish and organize a piece of material paper width-wise along the middle, with a tad hanging over the sides.
