An outside layer of flour tortillas and a filling of refried beans, destroyed rotisserie chicken and salsa. Finish it off with a little enchilada sauce and cheddar and you got yourself a fantastic Mexican Pizza for supper!
Formula type: Supper
Serves: 4 pizzas

Fixings
1 (16 oz) can low-fat refried beans (you may not require the whole can)
2 glasses destroyed rotisserie chicken
½ glass salsa
vegetable oil, or cooking shower
8 flour tortillas, fajita or taco measure
1 (10 oz) can red enchilada sauce (you will just need about a large portion of a can)
8 ounces destroyed Mexican mix cheddar
2 green onions, daintily cut
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
Directions
Preheat stove to 350ºF.
Warm up beans in a little bowl in the microwave. Consolidate chicken and salsa in another bowl and warm it up in the microwave.
To toast the tortillas, either heat oil in a skillet and broil the two sides of the tortilla, or splash the two sides of tortilla with cooking shower and warmth on skillet (my favored strategy).
Lay four of the toasted tortillas on an extensive preparing sheet. Spread with around 2 tablespoons of refried beans on every tortilla. Top with the salsa/chicken blend, equitably isolating it among the four tortillas. Top with another toasted tortilla.
Spread a slender layer of enchilada sauce on the highest point of every tortilla. Sprinkle with destroyed cheddar, uniformly isolating it among the four pizzas. Heat in preheated broiler for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheddar is dissolved.
Cut into triangles and serve promptly. Appreciate!
