This Korean hamburger bowl is prepared in less than 30 minutes and is a family-accommodating dinner! It's without gluten, sans dairy, and makes extraordinary scraps!

Fixings
1 shallot, diced
2 inches new ginger, stripped and ground on a microplane
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 pounds grass-bolstered ground meat

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 container coconut aminos
2 tbsp fish sauce
4 mugs cauliflower rice (can sub white rice in case you're not doing )
6 containers greens of decision (slashed romaine, arugula, spinach)
Discretionary sauce:
1/4 container mayo
1 tbsp hot sauce (change in accordance with taste)
