Insane great grain free breaded and broiler seared garlic mushrooms. 

Course: gluten free, grain free, low carb, paleo, base

Fixings 

6-8 ounce container mushrooms little to medium measured mushrooms 

⅓ glass almond flour 

⅓ glass crude sunflower seeds ground 

1 tsp garlic powder 

½ tsp ocean salt 

½ tsp paprika 

¼ tsp dried parsley 

1 tbsp parmesan cheddar *optional preclude if dairy free 

1 xl egg beaten 

½ tbsp margarine dissolved * overlook if dairy free 

1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil 

1 quart medium to substantial zippered sack 1 

Directions 

Preheat stove to 400 F, and utilize the avocado or olive oil to cover the base of a preparing sheet.
