Course: Principle Course

Cooking: Mexican

Servings:

Fixings

For the marinade:

1/2 container coconut aminos

2 limes, juice of

1/2 glass cilantro, hacked

1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp bean stew powder

1 tbsp ground pepper

For the fajitas:

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken bosoms (around 4 bosoms)

1 red onion, cut into flimsy strips

2 ringer peppers, cut into slim strips

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp avocado oil, isolated

Salt and pepper

For shells and garnishes:

1 avocado cut

1/4 glass cilantro hacked

2 bundles wide leaf greens bibb, romaine, chard, and so on.

Guidelines

Preheat broiler to 400° Fahrenheit.

Set up the marinade by blending the majority of the marinade fixings together in a bowl or shallow dish.

Cut up your chicken into 1/2 by 1 inch strips. Spot the chicken in the bowl/dish with the marinade. Blend well so the majority of the strips are secured with the marinade. Put aside to marinate while you set up whatever is left of the fixings.

NOTE: You can set up the marinade and chicken ahead of time and marinate the chicken for as long as 24 hours.

Hack the onion, chime peppers and garlic as noted.

Delicately oil a huge sheet skillet with 1 tbsp avocado oil. Spread the onion and ringer pepper out on the sheet container. Shower with 1 tbsp avocado oil and daintily sprinkle garlic, salt and pepper over everything. Hurl to coat.

Next, settle the chicken pieces in with the veggies in the sheet container. Spread everything out as equitably as would be prudent.

Spot in the stove to cook for around 15-18 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are cooked yet at the same time fresh.

While the fajitas are cooking, get ready lettuce leaves for shells and fixings as noted.

Once the fajitas are cooked, expel from stove and permit to cool for a couple of minutes.

To serve, spoon fajita blend into lettuce leaves, top with avocado and cilantro and appreciate.
