1 little head of cabbage (roughly 1 lb.)
4 pickling cucumbers
1 can (14 oz.) sweet corn (fluid disposed of)
8 oz. ham
1/3 container hacked scallion
3/4 container mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Cut the cabbage into strips, much the same as you would for coleslaw.
Cut the cucumbers and ham into little 3D shapes.
Spot the majority of the fixings into a substantial bowl and blend well. Serve promptly.
