BLUEBERRY LAVENDER POUND CAKE WITH LEMON MASCARPONE CREAM

Serves: 1 portion cake 





Fixings 

1 formula Orange-scented Pound Cake 

2 Mugs Blueberries, isolated 

3 drops Lavender Oil 

4 ounces Mascarpone 

½ glass Powdered Sugar 

1 glass Substantial Whipping Cream 

1 tablespoon Crisp Lemon Juice 

1 container Blackberries 

Lavender Sprigs(optional) 

Directions 

Puree 1 measure of the blueberries and go through a fine work strainer. Put aside. 

Make the pound cake as per formula guidelines yet discard the orange oil and include the lavender oil and blueberry puree. Make a point to utilize a huge portion dish to prepare the cake in. Give cake a chance to cool, expelling from the preparing container after it's cooled for 10 minutes,
