Avocado Salmon Rice Bowl

Fixings 

Rice 

1 container jasmine rice 

1/2 containers water 

Salt 

1/2 lime, squeeze as it were 

2 Tbsp minced new cilantro 

1 Tbsp nectar 

3 Tbsp chicken or vegetable stock 

Salmon: 

1 lb salmon filets skin on 

1 Tbsp lime juice 

1 Tbsp nectar 

2 Tbsp minced new cilantro 

Salt to taste 

Avocado Fixing: 

1 ready avocado 

1 tbsp lime juice 

1 tbsp minced new cilantro 

1/4 tsp stew powder less for milder fixing 

Salt to taste 

Directions 

Rice: 

Cook rice in salted water per bundle directions. Take off warmth when it's simply done. 

Preheat a medium cooking dish over medium-high warmth. Blend stock, lime juice, nectar, and cilantro together. Empty the blend into the preheated container and let it stew for about a moment. Take the container off warmth and blend rice into the fluid. Season with somewhat increasingly salt, blend well, and put aside. 

Salmon: 

Preheat stove to 425 and spread a rimmed heating sheet with aluminum foil and oil it. 

Rub the salmon skin with some oil and spot the filets skin down on the readied preparing sheet. 

Blend lime juice, nectar, and cilantro together and rub salmon filets with it on every single uncovered side. You can pour more coating over the best and season with some salt. (Some coating will probably rundown onto the heating sheet, it will in all likelihood get very burned in the stove. Try not to be frightened it's not your salmon consuming, the coating kept running down.) 

Prepare salmon for 12-15 minutes, contingent upon the thickness of your salmon filets. 

Avocado: 

Cut avocado down the middle, take out the pit, and remove the skin. Hack avocado and add it to a little bowl. Include lime juice, cilantro, bean stew powder, and salt. Delicately blend.
