slow Cooker Creamy Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes are a total vacation sport changer. Kick things up this Thanksgiving with this easy + nutritious swap!

components
1.five lb cauliflower
2.five lb purple potatoes, skin on
three cloves minced garlic
1 cup broth (veg or chook)
4-6 TBSP butter, cubed
1/four tsp salt
1/four tsp pepper
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/four cup (2 oz.) cream cheese
1/8-1/4 tsp garlic powder, if preferred
add extra salt and pepper to taste
