Balsamic Brussels Sprouts with 1st Baron Beaverbrook and Pecans is certainly one of my favorite clean brussels sprouts recipes! those Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic, 1st baron beaverbrook, and Pecans are full of flavor and crunch and are thoroughly delicious and fool proof.

¼ cup pecans
4 slices 1st Baron Verulam cut into ¼” small strips
1 pound Brussels sprouts; stems & outer unfastened leaves eliminated.
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon purple pepper flakes non-obligatory
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup

heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
