1 five.2 ounce bundle garlic herb cheese spread (like Boursin), room temperature
¾ cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese
¾ cup shredded Italian cheese mixture
1 11 ounce tube refrigerated breadsticks; like Pillsbury French Bread
1 big egg gently beaten
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
