those cheesy MIGAS are a own family favored breakfast recipe for Christmas morning! Scrambled eggs with masses of cheese, vegetables, tortilla chips, and greater. it is an clean skillet breakfast the whole circle of relatives will love!


substances
2 tablespoons butter
1- tablespoon canola oil
½ inexperienced pepper diced

instructions
heat butter and oil in a massive non-stick skillet over medium-low warmth. upload diced green pepper, purple pepper, onion and jalapeno. Sauté until onions are soft and translucent.

add ham, tomatoes, cilantro and ¾ cup beaten Tostitos and hold to stir till eggs are nearly set.

add Velveeta, shredded cheese and ¼ cup crumbled Cotija cheese and stir until cheese melts.
The eggs have to be perfect as this point, however if you need less assailable eggs, let them sit down for a couple of minutes, then stir.
TO SERVE:
