Chocolate and coconut are the stars of those surprisingly yummy almond joy cheesecake bars! they are smooth to make and are the hit of each birthday celebration!

23 Oreo cookies complete cookies inclusive of icing
2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
cheesecake
16 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
1 egg at room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
topping
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
half of cup heavy cream
1/3 cup packed shredded sweetened coconut flakes
1/four cup shaved almonds and/or 1/four cup entire almonds

instructions
Preheat oven to 325 ranges and line an 8x8 inch pan with foil and lightly grease the foil. Set aside.
